O’Neill is a graduate of the Lakeside School of Massage Therapy, and she practices massage therapy for The University of Wisconsin-Madison Athletic Department.  As a dancer for 15 years and the daughter of a basketball coach, she has been involved in athletics most of her life and has first-hand knowledge of the toll athletics can take on people’s bodies. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and several years of massage experience, O’Neill also understands the extraordinary pain management and mental health benefits of massage.

Kayla Baake, Licensed Massage Therapist with Peak Performance Massage, specializes in: Swedish Massage, Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage, Essential Oils, Headache management, Reiki 1 certified, and Gua Sha.

Baake studied at the Wisconsin Institute for Natural Wellness, where she received training on a wide range of modalities from east to west. She loves to incorporate relaxation and energy modalities into therapeutic massage to bring both stress management and pain management into traditional deep tissue and swedish massage. Her favorite type of massage is Thai massage and she tries to incorporate the stretching and movement of this modality into her table massage to leave clients feeling rejuvenated after each session. To keep herself at her highest potential, Kayla rides horses and practices yoga. When not doing massage, she is working in the environmental field, traveling, and playing or listening to music.

Jess Meidam, Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker with Peak Performance Massage specializes in: Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Raindrop Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Pre-natal Massage and Geriatric Massage. She is also currently undergoing training in a 500 hour Ortho-Bionomy Program.

Meidam is a 2010 graduate from massage school in Milwaukee and is familiar with patient care planning since she worked in health care for 10 years. Jess originally became interested in massage because of witnessing the benefits one of her patients was receiving from weekly massage sessions. She understands the benefits of massage (increased circulation, muscle flexibility, reduced recovery time just to name a few) are key components in alleviating pain, and maintaining a healthy future. Jess loves to be active, enjoying bicycling, running and kayaking; therefore, she understands how important massage and stretching regiments are and looks forward to helping others.

Huston is also the mother of an energetic two and a half year old, who keeps her active and drive to reach her personal goals.
